About the Role
We’re seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager to join our team. This role is critical in bridging our sales and production teams, ensuring a seamless handoff from sale to delivery. You’ll manage projects through every operational stage—from order placement to final delivery—working closely with internal staff, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project workflow from sale to installation
  • Place and verify orders with suppliers
  • Process permits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee material sourcing and inventory tracking
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate project data
  • Coordinate scheduling and field logistics
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns
  • Implement and improve systems for greater efficiency and automation
  • Support crews and field staff, often requiring bilingual communication

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or project management (ideally in construction or outdoor installations)
  • Familiarity with construction measurement and layout principles (e.g., decks, patios)
  • Experience in permit processing and vendor coordination
  • Proven ability to streamline systems and automate redundant tasks
  • Proficiency with CRM software and digital project tracking tools
  • Strong scheduling and logistics coordination experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for effective team and client communication
  • Willing to use Hubstaff
