As Brand Manager Middle East, youβll be the driving force behind our brand presence in the region. You will activate and manage integrated marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints β from social media to in-store activations β ensuring that shoppers and consumers connect with the Driscollβs brand.
Youβll work closely with agencies, internal teams, and retail partners to develop and execute compelling, data-driven marketing strategies. Youβre creative, proactive, and know how to translate a global brand essence into local relevance.
Lead the annual regional marketing planning and strategy
Develop and execute innovative consumer campaigns to elevate brand awareness
Drive regional social and digital marketing activities, including influencer strategies and community management
Manage and coordinate external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand goals
Collaborate with retailers to activate the brand in-store (shopper marketing)
Create future-proof strategies using market research and consumer insights
Define and monitor marketing KPIs in collaboration with EMEA and global teams
Work cross-functionally with sales, category management, and global marketing peers
Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5β8 years of experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG, retail, or fresh produce
Proven track record in digital marketing, social media strategy, and shopper marketing
Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a remote regional setup while staying connected to HQ
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage
Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally to Europe
