Driscoll’s, headquartered in Breda, the Netherlands, is on a mission to delight consumers around the world with the freshest, most flavorful berries. We are now seeking a Brand Manager Middle East, based in the region, to help us grow our beloved berry brand across the Middle East β€” with a strong focus on the UAE and KSA.

Responsibilities

As Brand Manager Middle East, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand presence in the region. You will activate and manage integrated marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints β€” from social media to in-store activations β€” ensuring that shoppers and consumers connect with the Driscoll’s brand.

You’ll work closely with agencies, internal teams, and retail partners to develop and execute compelling, data-driven marketing strategies. You’re creative, proactive, and know how to translate a global brand essence into local relevance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual regional marketing planning and strategy

  • Develop and execute innovative consumer campaigns to elevate brand awareness

  • Drive regional social and digital marketing activities, including influencer strategies and community management

  • Manage and coordinate external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand goals

  • Collaborate with retailers to activate the brand in-store (shopper marketing)

  • Create future-proof strategies using market research and consumer insights

  • Define and monitor marketing KPIs in collaboration with EMEA and global teams

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, category management, and global marketing peers

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG, retail, or fresh produce

  • Proven track record in digital marketing, social media strategy, and shopper marketing

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote regional setup while staying connected to HQ

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage

  • Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally to Europe
