We are looking for an experienced, creative and results-driven Intermediate UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to create innovative digital products for our customers and help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for developing user-centered designs and visual aesthetics that are both intuitive and engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Developing user-centered designs and visual aesthetics that are both intuitive and engaging.
• Creating wireframes and prototypes that are effective and visually appealing.
• Conducting research on user behaviors and industry trends.
• Collaborating with the product team to ensure UX/UI compatibility.
• Evaluating existing designs and suggesting improvements.
• Ensuring designs are consistent across multiple platforms.
• Analyzing user feedback and making adjustments accordingly.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for aviation-related applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into design specifications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
• Mentor junior designers and provide design feedback to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate them into projects.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.
