We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the primary technical advisor for our largest enterprise customers. In this role, you will ensure that cutting-edge AI teams maximize the value of the Comet platform. Through deep understanding of customers’ MLOps stacks and ML/GenAI use cases, you will provide expert guidance, technical troubleshooting, and hands-on enablement, as well as build bespoke integrations to meet their unique needs.
As a TAM, you will work closely with a broad set of customer stakeholders, illustrating the value delivered through Comet’s software and services while fostering strong relationships across accounts. You will also serve as the internal voice of the customer, advocating on their behalf and collaborating with Customer Engineering, Deployment Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
Beyond customer engagement, you will contribute to key initiatives, processes, tools, and programs that scale Comet’s impact as we grow. This role reports directly to the Head of Solutions Engineering and is measured by key metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
