At Microsoft AI, we are forging the future of brand and product experience by bringing the spirit and substance of brand identity seamlessly into our AI products. Our vision is to craft a cohesive, resonant personality for Copilot—one that is not only emotionally intelligent and trustworthy, but consistently expressed across every interaction and surface. Join a collaborative team that empowers creative leaders to bridge the boundaries between product design, brand design, and engineering, redefining how people connect with technology.
We are an agile, multidisciplinary Creative Studio that values bold creativity, integrity, and a relentless focus on the user. Our work is anchored in the belief that impactful brands are built through meaningful, consistent, and delightful experiences—across product, visual, and communication touchpoints. Each member is encouraged to champion new ideas, striving for simplicity and unified expression at every level of the design process.
The MAI Creative Studio is seeking a multidisciplinary Senior Visual Designer with a passion for creating and directing brand content across a wide range of mediums. You thrive in both ideation and production, bringing concepts to life through web, product, merchandise, video, and emerging formats, and you bring equal energy to hands‑on creation and to shaping the creative direction that guides it. You maintain a sharp eye for craft and design detail, drawing inspiration from across creative culture and contributing a distinct point of view that strengthens and diversifies the team’s work. You communicate your ideas with clarity and confidence, using strong presentation skills to articulate creative thinking and guide stakeholders. This is a hands‑on role for a designer who is energized by making, exploring, and elevating brand expression through thoughtful, high‑quality visual design.
