Role Description

This is a contract to then full-time remote role for the position of Head of Ecosystem Distribution at Bootstrapper Capital. As the Head of Ecosystem Distribution, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution and development of our ecosystem. Your day-to-day tasks will involve establishing and nurturing partnerships with key industry stakeholders, building strategic relationships with target markets, and driving the growth and adoption of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute distribution strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful expansion of our ecosystem network.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the finance or investment industry
  • Strong understanding of ecosystem development, partner management, and distribution strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
  • Demonstrated track record of driving growth and achieving targets
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities
  • Knowledge of the bootstrapping ecosystem and the unique challenges faced by bootstrapped entrepreneurs
  • Experience in remote work environments and the ability to work autonomously
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation

  • Based on capacity, experience, and expectations in role
