We're excited to bring on our second Customer Success Engineer, reporting directly to our Head of Sales/Solutions Engineering. In this role, you’ll take charge of defining and executing customer success strategies—from customer onboarding and change management to proactive communication around feature launches. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring our customers fully leverage the value of Foxglove’s platform while addressing their evolving needs head-on.
Our ideal candidate has deep experience in customer success within startup environments and a solid understanding of technical development workflows in the autonomous driving or robotics space. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who thrives in dynamic settings and can communicate effectively with everyone from technical teams to C-level executives, you'd be a great fit.
We’re a small, fully remote, global company with team members primarily in the U.S. and Australia. We maintain Pacific Time hours and hire within ±4 hours of U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration.
