The Role πŸ₯³

As an SMB Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping small businesses (under 100 employees) harness the power of AI automation. You will guide users through our platform and help them solve interesting business problems by demonstrating how AI agents can streamline their operations.

Your impactπŸ’₯

  • Own a high-volume funnel of small and medium business (SMB) customers, guiding them to realise value quickly through our platform.Β 

  • Rapidly onboard and demonstrate platform capabilities to drive subscription upgrades.

  • Consult with customers across various industries to identify automation challenges and opportunities.

  • Become a product expert with deep understanding of our platform’s capabilities in order to conduct concise discovery calls and product demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to refine the SMB customer journey.

What We’re Looking For 🧠

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in SMB or startup markets.

  • Top performers with a track record of success in fast-paced environments.Β 

  • Proven ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles and close net-new deals.

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate AI solutions for non-technical buyers.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate business value.
